Refund policy

General Returns

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received by Timber Eden. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of delivery for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Return Window: Standard items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Furniture & Custom Works

Final Sale: Please note that all large furniture pieces are considered Final Sale. Due to the size, weight, and bespoke nature of these items, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damages: In the unlikely event that a furniture piece arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you with a resolution.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for a standard item, please send a message via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
